Every service provided by SEO Agency Tools is delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped at any point. Deliverables are sent via email or secure file-sharing link to the email address provided at checkout. Specific formats include PDF reports, Google Docs, spreadsheets, content files, Looker Studio dashboard links, and GA4 access depending on the service purchased.

A project is considered started when all three of the following conditions are met: (a) payment has been received; (b) the onboarding call has taken place; (c) the Client has provided minimum required access (Google Search Console and GA4 read access at minimum). Delivery timelines run from the date all three conditions are satisfied. Client delays in providing access extend delivery timelines accordingly and do not constitute a delivery failure by SEO Agency Tools.

Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objection is raised within 7 business days of delivery. Objections must be specific and reference the written scope. We address legitimate scope objections at no additional charge within 5 business days.
If delivery is delayed because the Client has not provided required access, feedback, or approvals within the agreed timeframe, SEO Agency Tools is not in breach of this Delivery Policy. We will notify the Client of the delay in writing and resume delivery as soon as the required inputs are received.
