Refund Policy

1. Our approach

SEO Agency Tools delivers professional digital marketing services. Because meaningful specialist time is committed from the start of each project, refund eligibility is structured by stage and service type. If you have a concern about the quality or scope of work delivered, please contact us at hello@seoagencytools.com before requesting a refund — most concerns can be resolved through revised deliverables, credit, or adjusted scope without a formal refund process.

2. Foundation Bundle (one-time project)

The Foundation Bundle is billed 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery.

• Before work begins: Full refund of any amounts paid, no questions asked.
• After commencement, before delivery: The first 50% instalment is non-refundable, as it covers analyst and specialist time already committed. The second 50% has not yet been charged.
• After delivery: If the delivered work does not match the agreed written scope, we revise at no additional charge. Where revision cannot address a genuine scope gap, a partial refund of up to 50% of the total project fee may be issued at our discretion.
• Disagreement with findings: Audits, analytics setups, and strategy documents are professional deliverables. Disagreement with our recommendations or findings does not constitute grounds for a refund. If you believe a finding is factually incorrect, contact us with evidence and we will review.

3. Growth and Full Stack bundles (monthly retainers)

• 48-hour cooling-off: A full refund is available if requested in writing within 48 hours of the first payment, provided no onboarding call has taken place and no work has commenced.
• After 48 hours or after work begins: Monthly fees are non-refundable for any month in which work has commenced. Work is considered commenced from the point the onboarding call takes place.
• Future months during the minimum term: Monthly retainer fees for future months within the 3-month minimum are non-refundable if the work has commenced.
• After the minimum term: Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The final month of notice is non-refundable if work continues during that period.
• If we fail to deliver: If contracted deliverables for a given month are not produced without reasonable cause, we credit the pro-rated value of undelivered work to the following month's invoice.

4. Add-ons

Add-on services are non-refundable once delivery has commenced. If an add-on cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side, a full refund of the add-on fee will be issued within 10 business days.

5. Hourly support

Completed hourly sessions are non-refundable. Purchased but unused hours that have not yet been scheduled are refundable within 60 days of purchase.

6. EU right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the service has begun with the consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires. By agreeing to these Terms and proceeding with an onboarding call or any service delivery, you explicitly consent to early commencement and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies to services already commenced.

7. Refund process

To request a refund, email hello@seoagencytools.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include: your order reference number, your full name, and a clear description of the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.

8. Disputes

If a refund request is declined and you believe this decision is incorrect, you may escalate through Stripe's dispute resolution process or your card issuer's chargeback mechanism. We cooperate fully with all dispute processes and provide complete documentation of work delivered. We ask that you contact us directly first — most issues are resolvable without escalation.
